D. Progress Report: This report serves to document research conducted under a non-funded cooperative agreement between ARS and Clear Springs Food, Inc. Buhl, ID. Additional details of this research can be found in the report for the parent project 1930-32000-001-00D, Host, Pathogen, and Environmental Interactions in Cool and Cold Water Aquaculture.

Draft genome sequencing and preliminary gene identification have been completed.
