The STIP Community Page  is a protected area with password access only.  It is a place where draft documents can be posted for review and comments on those documents can also be safely posted.  Questions can be posted and answers can be collected.  Statistics, names of people, informal votes, or other information that you want or need to share within the community but would not want the public to stumble across can be put here.  And once an item has fulfilled its purpose or has gone out of date, OSTI will take it down.
