Objective:
The objective of this project is to extend and develop new computational resources that will facilitate knowledge discovery in model, agronomic and economic important genomes.

Approach:
1. Review existing resources for support of computational resources for plant genomes. 2. Contribute to the support of analysis, visualization and integration of genomic, genetic and phenotypic data sets and develop new resources where no current resources have been identified. 3. Contribute to the support and training or developers and stakeholders through presentations at meeting and the support of training workshops.
