Make a Donation
The Save America's Treasures program of the White
House Millenium Council has awarded a grant toward the preservation of
sound recordings in the American Folklife Center's Archive of Folk Culture,
recognizing these recordings as irreplaceable American treasures. We
have raised over $280,000 in matching funds for this grant from private
citizens, musicians, and cultural advocates who recognize the value of
these audio recordings. To continue this work, we need your help.
To help save America's heritage of recorded
sound, send a check or money order made out to the American Folklife
Center, with a
memo "for Save Our Sounds" and send to:
