The mission of this mailing list is to create a forum for picture framers to discuss conservation issues and to seek advice from other framers, paper conservators etc. and to create better understanding between conservators, framers and conservation framers. The list is operated from the UK, and moderated by Stephen Todd who is a writer on framing and conservation subjects and member of the IPC.
