State TRI Information and Contacts

EPCRA Section 313 requires facilities to submit reports to both EPA and their State. Many States have their own TRI programs. This page contains contact information and links to those programs.

You will need Adobe Reader to view some of the files on this page. See EPA's PDF page to learn more.

EPA/State TRI Exchange Network Program Information

The TRI program has been working with the States to increase participation in a State Data Exchange Network program. This program is allowing facilities to submit TRI information to both EPA and the States simultaneously through the Central Data Exchange (CDX) using the capabilities of the National Environmental Information Exchange Network Exit EPA Disclaimer. The Exchange Network helps EPA, states, tribes, territories, and regulated facilities exchange environmental information more efficiently and will streamline the data acceptance and processing of TRI data to both the EPA and the states.

Directory of State TRI Program Contacts and Web Sites

Some state and territories have more than one TRI contact name and different mailing addresses for certified and other types of mail.
