For patients traveling to American Lake: Route 214 stops at the VA Medical Center at American Lake.
For patients traveling to Seattle: Route 39 and Route 36 stop at the VA Medical Center in Seattle. Metro provides regular accessible bus service for persons with disabilities and senior citizens.
