Senior Department of Energy Official to Outline Nuclear Waste Cleanup Progress at Semi-Annual Environmental Management Advisory Board Meeting in Ohio

WASHINGTON, DC – On Thursday, September 25, 2008, U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Assistant Secretary for Environmental Management (EM) James A. Rispoli will provide an update on the Environmental Management program to the Environmental Management Advisory Board (EMAB).  Assistant Secretary Rispoli will update the Board on the Department’s progress at cleaning up nuclear waste from the nation’s former weapons production program.
