Hi, I'm Keith Takata, and I'm the director of Superfund in EPA's San Francisco office. Did you know that mercury is extremely toxic? If you play with it you could end up poisoning your family and friends. So if you find a mercury instrument like this, please get rid of it properly by calling your local waste disposal company.
