Remedial Procurement

Provides complete contract services, over the small purchases limitation, in the areas of Superfund Remedial activities, RCRA contracts and other program support contracts for the Region. Includes acquisition planning, development of solicitations, evaluation of proposals, selection of contractors for award, award of contracts, administration, termination and closeout of contracts.

Removal Contracts

Provides complete contract services, over the small purchases limitation, in the areas of Superfund Emergency Response Removal activities, enforcement support services and other program support contracts for the Region. Includes acquisition planning, development of solicitations, evaluations of proposals, selection of contractors for award, award of contracts, administration, termination and closeout of contracts.

Simplified Acquisition

Principal source of information and advice to management pertaining to purchases less than $100,000. Acts as Regional contact with Headquarters. Office of Acquisition Management (OAM) personnel on policies and procedures pertaining to small purchasing. Receives and processes all Region 4 allowance holder procurement requests or suppliers, services and equipment that fall within simplified acquisition authority.
