Public Notices for NPDES Permits

The National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit decisions that EPA proposes to issue are posted on this page. These proposed decisions are posted for public review and comment. There are three types of permit decisions: issuance, reissuance, and modification.

If you are interested in obtaining more information you can download a copy of the draft permit, email comments as instructed below, or you can contact at Barbara Walton at (404) 562-9731 to request that a copy be mailed to you.
