FinCEN Issues Report on Mortgage Fraud And Its Ties To Other Financial Crimes

FinCEN has released a study of mortgage fraud, and its links to other financial crimes, based on an examination of approximately 156,000 Suspicious Activity Reports that documented suspected mortgage loan fraud. FinCEN director James H. Freis, Jr., J.D., will be a featured keynote speaker at the 20th Annual Fraud Conference & Exhibition.
