Records Management Division

The Records Management Division has staff with a combined 100 years of experience in records management and includes three Certified Records Managers (CRMs), one Certified Archivist (CA), and two individuals certified in business continuity and disaster recovery. We have extensive experience in:

  • writing retention schedules
  • appraisal of records, electronic records, and program studies
  • records management training and education

In these times of uncertainty and tight budgets, it is helpful to know that the Rocky Mountain Region of the National Archives and Records Administration can provide records management help for free or at a nominal cost.
