Directions to the NAREL Building

    Take US-80 to I-65
    On I-65 go North and exit at North Blvd.
    Go to Coliseum Drive and turn right
    Go to Congressman Dickinson Drive and turn left
    Go to the Gunter AFB entrance and turn right

 

    From Atlanta via I85 South (pink hilite)
  • Take Exit 6 for East Blvd./Gunter and turn right
  • Exit on US-231/Congressman Dickinson Dr. and turn left
  • Go to the Gunter AFB entrance and turn left
    From Birmingham
  • Take I-65 South to Montgomery

  • On I-65 South exit at North Blvd.

  • Go to Coliseum Drive and turn right

  • Go to Congressman Dickinson Drive and turn left

  • Go to the Gunter AFB entrance and turn right

You will have to stop at the gate and show ID to get inside.

  • Once inside Gunter, go to the traffic light and turn to the right on Moore Dr.
  • At the 4-way stop continue straight. *
  • Stay on this street until it ends at Morris Ave. where you should turn left
  • NAREL is the first building on the right just past the railroad tracks.

    * After the 4-way stop the road changes to Libby St. and the speed limit is 15 miles per hour.
    This speed limit is strictly enforced.
