EDR v2.2, December 2005
Revised electronic formats for Acid Rain Program and Subpart H reporting. This edition upgrades the EDR v2.2 released in March, 2003. Two new record types, RT 532 and RT 617, have been added to the EDR. Other than that, there are no structural differences or differences in the data element descriptions between the March, 2003 and December, 2005 editions of EDR v 2.2. See the Implementation Guidelines (below) for information about the use of EDR v2.2 versus EDR v2.1.

Revised, detailed instructions for EDR v2.2 reporting. This edition updates the EDR v2.2 Instructions released in March, 2003. Minor errors have been corrected, a few new codes have been added, and the instructions for a number of data fields have been clarified or expanded.

Sources reporting in v2.1 may continue to do so unless otherwise specified in the Implementation Guidelines for the June 12, 2002 rule revisions (see above).

Reporting Guidelines (v2.1 and v2.2)
Revisions to 40 CFR, Part 75 were published on June 12, 2002. If your unit is not affected by any required rule change which is supported only by EDR v2.2, and you do not elect to use any of the new options allowed in the revised rule, you may continue to report emissions data, monitoring plans and certification test data in EDR v2.1 formats. Specific guidance for when the use of EDR v2.2 is required or allowed for each rule change category is provided in this document.
Guidelines for Implementing Fuel-Specific CEMS Missing Data Routines
These guidelines are provided to ensure that the new Part75 fuel-specific CEMS missing data option described in §§ 75.33 (b)(6) and (c)(8) is implemented on a nationally-consistent basis.
