Head for Capitol Hill, and meet the Members of Congress, many of whom
maintain informative Web sites. You'll find biographical info, committee
assignments, legislation sponsored, links to congressional districts, and
so forth. The Home Page of the
U.S. House of Representatives also is a fine resource on the
legislative process. The U.S. Senate established a Web site in 1995, and
the informational offerings available through the
Senate's Home Page
are growing rapidly.
