The Department of Education is making a sole source purchase of one(1) each, TeamMate renewal software license for 200 users. The period of performance is for 12 months, effective 09/30/2008 – 09/29/2009. The purpose of this renewal is for the Department of Education's Office of Inspector General Audit Staff to continue documenting, managing, and sharing audit related documents. The software allows audit managers to set up user accounts, monitor audit progress, and assign duties as necessary. The software has built-in security capabilities which allow access to authorized personnel only, a requirement of the Department. This renewal is being made as a sole source procurement to allow compatibility with existing systems used by the Department of Education, as well as, ensure uniformity with the existing audit documents/records already created by the Department using this software.
