National Service Center for Environmental Publications

• http://www.epa.gov/nscep/ is EPA’s premier site for accessing EPA materials and publications. EPA’s print publications are available through the National Service Center for Environmental Publications (NSCEP), and EPA’s digital publications are stored in the National Environmental Publications Internet Site (NEPIS) database. You can search and retrieve, download, print and/or order only EPA publications from this site.

Water Resource Center

• The Water Resource Center (WRC) is a contractor-operated facility at EPA Headquarters providing document delivery, information/referral, and reference services to public users and EPA staff interested in Office of Water Program information. There is a searchable database of WRC materials on the WRC pages. The Center catalogs and distributes documents published by the Office of Water's Program Offices. Wetlands Helpline

• The EPA Wetlands Helpline http://www.epa.gov/owow/wetlands/wetline.html is a contractor-operated information and referral service which handles requests for wetlands related information. The Helpline acts as a first point of contact for EPA's Wetlands Division, which is part of the Office of Wetlands, Oceans and Watersheds (OWOW). The Helpline is co-located within EPA's Water Resource Center allowing both Helpline and Resource Center customers access to the full spectrum of water-related public information available from EPA.

Ordering Instructions

1. If a title is not linked on this, contact us for hard copy availability.
2. The Wetlands Helpline will distribute one (1) copy of documents to each customer while supplies last.
3. Some out-of-print publications may be available for sale by the National Technical Inforamtion Service (NTIS) or the Educational Resource Information Center (ERIC).
