ABSTRACT: The Field Management Plan automates the Divisions' initiatives and resource requests (personnel, funding, training, and equipment) over several fiscal years.

PURPOSE: The Field Management Plan provides a blueprint for the execution of DEA's mission strategy. It was designed in an effort to enhance field management and accountability, serve as a vehicle for problem identification and resolution, and to facilitate budget development and execution.

ACCESS CONSTRAINTS: All records are protected from unauthorized access through appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards. These safeguards include restricting access to those with a need-to-know to perform their official duties, using locks and alarm devices, passwords and/or encrypting data communications.

USE CONSTRAINTS: Use of this system will be restricted to those individuals authorized to access information in order to perform assigned tasks.

AGENCY PROGRAM: FMPs support all operational and support programs and provides a mechanism for field input into DEA's programs.
