Attorney Jobs in Region 8

EPA Region 8 has two offices that employ attorneys. The Legal Enforcement Program provides legal support for administrative, civil judicial and criminal enforcement pursued by the Regional office, including cleanup and cost-recovery actions under the Superfund law. The Office of Regional Counsel performs counseling and defensive litigation for Regional staff and management in environmental program areas, tribal issues, employee relations, and grants administration.
