Federal Sentencing Guidelines Manual

The Federal Sentencing Guidelines Manual is available in full-text on the website of the United States Sentencing Commission. The manual (including archived editions back to 1994), supplements, and amendments (back to 1998) are in chronological order, but amendments for some manuals are listed under a separate heading. For example, to find the version of the manual that took effect in 2005, look under the heading “Effective November 1, 2005”. To check for additional amendments, be sure to scroll down the page to the “Amendments to the Federal Sentencing Guidelines” section. The manual and supplements are available in pdf or html format. There is also an electronic version for Palm (TM) OS and Pocket PC (TM) OS handheld devices.
