The Intergovernmental Health Policy Project (IHPP) was founded on the notion that state governments have made and will continue to make significant contributions to the organization, financing, administration and delivery of health care services. The Project, therefore, is dedicated to sustaining and improving the capacity for informed health policy decision making at the state level.
