In keeping with Executive Orders S-02-06 and D-43-01, the DWR SB/DVBE Advocate is dedicated to improving and increasing business opportunities in both the Small and DVBE business sectors.

We have designed our web-site to assist Small and DVBE companies by providing links, resources and web tools that help increase business visibility and procurement opportunity.

The site features a wide variety of information including SB/DVBE program certification information, DWR bids advertised, assistance for prime contractors, legislative news, community event information, and the DWR SB/DVBE Contractor Information Table. Outside links include DGS, Small Business Administration, Resource Agency, the federal Central Contractor Registration link and the California Business Portal.

How to Do Business with DWR
DWR conducts solicitations to purchase goods and services across the following program sectors: commodities, personal services, including IT Goods and Services, and construction services. In addition to the Sacramento Headquarters office, DWR Field Division and District Offices are located throughout the State and each office needs varied commodities and/or services.
