Description

This federal clearinghouse for women's health resources maintains a site on the World Wide Web that links you to a wide variety of women’s health-related material developed by the Department of Health and Human Services, other Federal agencies, and private sector resources. From this site, you can access and download general or specific women’s health information and link to the web site of the Office on Women’s Health. Many of the health topics NWHIC covers are exclusive to women while other health issues that affect both men and women are presented from a women’s perspective. Information is also available through a toll-free information referral line.
