Description

The National Council For Adoption (NCFA) is an organization of nonprofit adoption agencies that provides information, monitors public policy, and promotes high standards in this field. The Council operates the National Adoption Hotline 24 hours a day, Monday through 9:00 a.m. Saturday. The hotline provides information and referrals to pregnant women and their families, to people who want to adopt a child, and to persons who were adopted.
