Description

The Phoenix Society is a national, self-help organization for burn survivors and their families. The major goal of the organization is to ease the psychosocial adjustment of severely burned and disfigured persons during and after hospitalization and to facilitate the return of those individuals to normal and satisfactory lives within their communities. The Society holds a national conference for burn survivors, their families, and burn care professionals.
