Board of Supervisor Meeting Audio Transmission Instructions

 

 

The minimum requirements to listen to the weekly Board of Supervisors
meetings via your PC are as follows:

  1. Speakers
  2. Windows Media Player version 7 or higher

Skip these instructions if you have Windows Media Player version 7 or higher.

To identify what version of Windows Media Player is installed on your PC,
Click on “Start > “Programs” > “Accessories” > “Entertainment” >
Windows Media Player”.   Click on "Help" on the top >About Windows Media Player>Version. If yours is 6.4,you will need to upgrade your current version. Version 7 or higher can be used with Windows 98 and Windows 2000 Operating Systems.

Steps to upgrade Windows Media Player 6.4 to the current version

  1. Open Windows Media Player 6.4
  2. Select the Help Menu
  3. Select "Check for Player Upgrade"

This will automatically upgrade Windows Media Player 6.4 to the current version.
