Survey of Adult Transition and Health
This nationwide survey looks at the health of young people who were 19 to 23 years old in 2007, whose parents were originally interviewed in 2001 when the subjects were 14 to 17 years old. The primary goals of this follow-up survey are to examine their current health care needs and transition from pediatric health care providers to adult health care providers. Quick Facts:
