Jones and others, There are software products that allow one to type in (not scan) text and which review the text using all the major readability scales. These will report out on individual scales and will also provide an average readability level using more than one scale. I have not seen software that will allow one to scan in text. Your question however, might be a good one to also ask on two other e-lists: NIFL-technology and NIFL-LD. David J.
