Sorry I wasn't more specific.
We are looking for a tool that will assess speaking and listening
skills.
We already have a "rubric" in the SPL descriptors from the NRS. We
are working with ESL adult students. The goal is High Intemediate, about
SPL 5 or 6. We are trying to assess those below this point.
We already have ideas about format, but I could incorporate
something that may have worked well for others.

Thanks,
	Kevin O.

Kevin,
When you say you are looking for information on "oral assessments" do
you mean assessments of speaking and listening? If not these skills,
what do you want to assess?
Is it an oral interview format that you are interested in?
Would the examinees be English language learners?

Answering the above questions may help people on the list to respond to
your request.
