Sec. 159a.89  Oversight reviews.

    (a) DUSD(P) shall conduct oversight reviews, as required, to 
determine compliance with this subpart.
    (b) Pursuant to statutory authority, the Inspector General, 
Department of Defense, shall conduct oversight of Special Access 
Programs.
