Sec. 390.1  Purpose.

    This part is issued to update and clarify the responsibilities and 
functions of the Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute

(AFRRI). It sets forth the organizational relationships and establishes 
the management and administrative procedures for AFRRI, in accordance 
with 32 CFR part 381 and provides for the establishment of a Board of 
Governors.
