A Dynamic Doctrine
Module Description
This module discusses the evolution of the Public Trust Doctrine in the
United States, the changes in the law resulting from the geographical and
political characteristics of the U.S., and the dynamic nature of the doctrine
in light of the changes in commerce and society.
