OSHA has approved the following Maryland State standards, which were submitted 2/14/91, after review determined that they are identical to Federal standards: 29 CFR 1910.331 through .335, pertaining to Electrical Safety-Related Work Practices for General Industry (55 FR 32014, 8/6/90); 29 CFR 1910.147, pertaining to amendments and corrections to the Control of Hazardous Energy (Lockout/Tagout) for General Industry (55 FR 38685, 9/20/90); and 29 CFR 1926.305, .700, . 705, and the appendix to .705, pertaining to amendments and corrections to Concrete and Masonry Construction; Lift Slab Construction Operations (55 FR 42327, 10/19/90). This decision is effective 3/22/91.
