OSHA has approved the following Wyoming State Standards which have been found to be at least as effective as the comparable Federal Standards and has determined that the differences between the State and Federal Standards are minimal and the standards are thus substantially identical: Cranes and Derricks (1926.550); Concrete and Masonry Construction Safety Standards (1926.700-706); Asbestos, Tremolite, Anthophyllite, and Actinolite (1926.58); Occupational Exposure to Ethylene Oxide (1910.1047); Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (1910.120); Grain Handling Facilities (1910.272); Safety Testing or Certification of Certain Workplace Equipment and Materials (1910.7); Access to Employee Exposure and Medical Records (1910.20); Asbestos, Tremolite, Anthophyllite, and Actinolite (1910.1001); and Servicing Multi-piece and Single-piece Rim Wheels (1910.177). OSHA reserves the right to reconsider this approval should substantial objections be submitted to the Assistant Secretary.
