No mandatory drug testing law.
ALASKA Voluntary Drug Testing Act is a voluntary law which provides legal protection to employers who establish a drug and alcohol policy and testing program in compliance with the act. In order to receive the benefits of the law, employers must implement a comprehensive policy and must adhere to specific collection, testing, and confidentiality procedures.
