When
the weather turns hot, many farmers run the risk of heat exhaustion
and potential accidents.
The
National Safety Council advises you to get extra rest when
the heat is on. After eating a healthy lunch, take time to
relax. Drink non-alcoholic fluids to keep fatigue in check.
Follow
these safety guidelines and you won't get burned.
