DEPUTY SECRETARY NEGROPONTE: We certainly look forward to this as an important example of the kind of ways in which our two countries are seeking to strengthen their cooperation between each other.

DEPUTY SECRETARY SIALA: I’m glad that you (inaudible) approved of this design when you were visiting Libya and (inaudible).

DEPUTY SECRETARY NEGROPONTE: Exactly.

DEPUTY SECRETARY SIALA: Looking to sign the (inaudible).

DEPUTY SECRETARY NEGROPONTE: Well, we look forward to that and we’re very grateful for your visit here to Washington to follow up on the discussions that you and I have had in previous months, both here and in Libya. Thank you very much.

QUESTION: (Inaudible), when are you planning to visit Libya?

DEPUTY SECRETARY NEGROPONTE: I think that’s all. We won’t be taking any questions.

QUESTION: How close to a deal on compensation claims?

DEPUTY SECRETARY NEGROPONTE: We’re going to be reviewing the whole range of issues here in the relationship. Thank you.
