The Southwest Exotic Mapping Program (SWEMP) is a USGS
Colorado Plateau Research Station (CPRS) program that coordinates
the compilation of a regional database of non-native invasive plant
distributions for the southwest (Arizona, New Mexico and adjacent
areas of adjoining states) and creates maps for those
distributions. The program is based on the cooperation of the CPRS and SWEMP collaborators.
