This subcommittee will discuss the placeholders and unresolved issues of the Carbon Allocation Task Force (CATF). All members of the CATF are welcome to come to the subcommittee meetings. David Stewart-Smith, chair of the task force, asked the subcommittee to come to a proposed resolution of the major issues and to bring back to the CATF a unified straw proposal for it to consider at its September 7, 2006, meeting.
