1984-1992 Reports of EPA Studies on New York Bight and 106-Mile Site Sewage Sludge Dumping Reports

EPA studied potential environmental impacts of sewage sludge dumping in the ocean off the New York and New Jersey harbor areas. Reports of these studies supported the decision to move sewage sludge dumpers from a site 12 miles off the coast to a site 106 miles off the coast.
