HOW TO APPLY FOR A VOLUNTEER POSITION

There are several ways you can apply for a volunteer position:

• Download an application form (MS Word document), fill it out, and mail it electronically to the email address listed alongside the position.

• Or, go to this page and print out the form with your web browser, fill it out, then mail it to the address listed alongside the position.

• Or, fax either application form to (801) 625-5170, attention Bill Lyons.

• You can also phone or email the person listed to ask questions or ask that a Volunteer Opportunities booklet be mailed to you.
