Publications and Products Accessibility note: CDC's Division of Reproductive Health strives to make information available to all users. However, portions of our files including charts, tables, and graphics may be difficult to read using assistive technology. We are currently unable to provide an HTML version of the documents below. If you cannot open or read the PDF file, please contact us.
Version 2.2, as in earlier versions, includes a graphing feature. This feature offers separate graphs for client visits and staff workdays. Options include generating simple graphs consisting solely of contact events or ones presenting non-contacts and unavailables. One caveat: The graph does not yet depict concurrent service events (e.g., an aide and a clinician providing service during the same encounter). As an assist, we recommend using the "Client Time-line Report" found under "Tools." Patient Flow Analysis for Windows (WinPFA) software:

Patient Flow Analysis (PFA 2.0) Please Note: This is the final update to the DOS version of PFA. While still functional under many operating systems (e.g., Windows 95®), PFA 2.0, per reports CDC has received, may have become functionally obsolete under Windows XP®. For users of Windows XP®, now may be the time to switch to WinPFA. If you have any questions about PFA, please become familiar with PFA and the process of PFA data collection and analysis.
