Version 2.2, as in earlier versions, includes a graphing feature. This feature offers separate graphs for client visits and staff workdays. Options include generating simple graphs consisting solely of contact events or ones presenting non-contacts and unavailables.

One caveat: The graph does not yet depict concurrent service events (e.g., an aide and a clinician providing service during the same encounter). As an assist, we recommend using the "Client Time-line Report" found under "Tools."

Patient Flow Analysis (PFA 2.0)

Please Note: This is the final update to the DOS version of PFA. While still functional under many operating systems (e.g., Windows 95®), PFA 2.0, per reports CDC has received, may have become functionally obsolete under Windows XP®. For users of Windows XP®, now may be the time to switch to WinPFA.
