LEADERSHIP DISCUSSED WITH ST. ANDREWS PRIORY BASKETBALL TEAM

April 19 - "Being a member of a team builds character," Governor Lingle said as she met with the St. Andrews Priory varsity basketball team.  The Governor encouraged the student-athletes to remain true to themselves as they continue their education in college and to view challenges not as setbacks, but as obstacles to overcome. "When you go away to college, you will be in situations where you have to make tough decisions," she said.  "Make sure your actions and words are a good reflection of the people at home and of your upbringing."
