In addition, we provide economic, financial and policy studies to determine Highway cost allocation, Western States Automobile taxation comparison, Motor Carrier fee and tax comparisons, transportation finance, value of travel time and cost of delay estimates, job and income generation impacts of construction projects. Finally, we manage and prepare the Immediate Opportunity Fund policy, guidelines and annual report.
