Funds for developing new nonnuclear energy options. Prohibits
discrimination based on race, color, national origin, sex, or religion.
- Energy Conservation in Existing
Buildings Act of 1976, 42 U.S.C. § 6870
Covers weatherization assistance for low-income persons. Prohibits
discrimination based on race, color, national origin, sex, or any other factor specified
in any Federal law prohibiting discrimination.
