OTIA Steering Group (OSG)
ODOT´s director has given the responsibility of the OTIA I & II program management, reporting, and delivery to the OTIA Steering Group. The Group is comprised of members representing the various membert associated with OTIA I & II Delivery. The OTIA Steering Group´s primary role is to ensure effective and timely delivery of the OTIA I & II program, consistent with legal requirements of the OTIA legislation and expectations of the Oregon Transportation Commission.

OTIA I & II
In February 2002 the Oregon Transportation Commission approved $400 million in projects in response to the 2001 Oregon Transportation Investment Act approved by the Oregon Legislature. In July 2002, an additional $100 million in bonding authority was authorized for OTIA project expenditures. With the restrictions and requirements associated with bonding dollars, a process has been developed to initiate a series of report to monitor OTIA I & II delivery.
