State Agencies Partner
to Prevent Fraud

Building on the Lingle-Aiona Administration's successful efforts to help the public fight fraud, the Executive Office on Aging, Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs and Department of the Attorney General released Hawai`i's Fraud Prevention and Resource Guide.

Coast Guard, Navy Partner to Help Local Charity

U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 1st Class Richard McCulley shook hands with U.S. Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Kirk Williamson for a Guinness Book world record 10 hours to raise money for Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Honolulu and raise awareness about the program.

$60M Released for
University Improvements

As part of the Lingle-Aiona Administration's focus on investing in critical infrastructure and capital improvement projects, Governor Lingle released $60 million this week for capital improvement projects at University of Hawai`i (UH) campuses statewide.
