NTD Division Director Named Treasurer-Elect of the Society for Risk Analysis
Jack Fowle, acting Director of the NHEERL Neurotoxicology Division (NTD), was named Treasurer-Elect of the Society for Risk Analysis at its 2007 meeting in San Antonio, TX. The Society for Risk Analysis is a multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary, scholarly, international society comprised of about 2,000 members that provides an open forum for all those who are interested in risk analysis. After serving 1 year as Treasurer-Elect, Jack will become Treasurer of the Society for 2 years and then serve as Past-Treasurer for 1 year. As Treasurer he will serve on the executive council of the society and keep the society accounts, prepare annual budgets and fiscal reports, control all funds, and perform all other duties customarily undertaken by the treasurer of a corporation.
