The Honolulu Liquor Commission and the Honolulu Police Department have set up a 24-hour Underage Drinking Hotline at 523-4194 to report underage drinking activities on O`ahu.  My office is proud to be part of this collaborative effort.

The hotline can be used to report a restaurant, store or bar that is selling or serving alcohol to minors, and to report areas where underage drinking is taking place.  The Liquor Commission and Police will follow up and take appropriate action. 

To report underage drinking that is currently occurring, call 911 for immediate response.

The law is clear.  If you’re under 21, it’s illegal to drink!

And if you’re an adult and you provide alcohol to a minor, you will be liable for any damage caused by those underage drinkers.
